  1. Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add 8 oz pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Step 2: While pasta cooks, drain and rinse beans. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Step 3: Stir in beans, paprika, red pepper flakes, and 1/2 tsp salt. Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes until wilted. Toss in drained pasta and 1/2 cup reserved pasta water, stirring until sauce coats pasta and thickens.
