Stir-Fried Beef with Bell Peppers and Ginger

Ingredients
- 12 oz sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Thinly slice 12 oz sirloin steak against the grain into 1/4-inch strips.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking.
- Step 3: Add 12 oz sliced beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes until browned but not fully cooked.
- Step 4: Add 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper, 1 cup thinly sliced yellow bell pepper, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until peppers are crisp-tender.
- Step 5: Stir in 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook for 1 minute until sauce thickens slightly and coats ingredients.
