  1. Step 1: Thinly slice 12 oz sirloin steak against the grain into 1/4-inch strips.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking.
  3. Step 3: Add 12 oz sliced beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes until browned but not fully cooked.
  4. Step 4: Add 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper, 1 cup thinly sliced yellow bell pepper, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until peppers are crisp-tender.
  5. Step 5: Stir in 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook for 1 minute until sauce thickens slightly and coats ingredients.
