Stir-Fried Spaghetti with Garlic and Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cloves, thinly sliced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add 1 tbsp salt. Add 8 oz spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
- Step 2: Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 4 thinly sliced garlic cloves and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic is golden and fragrant — do not let it brown.
- Step 3: Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet along with the reserved 1/4 cup pasta water and 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Toss vigorously for 1 minute until the sauce thickens and coats every strand of pasta.
