  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 medium grated zucchini (150g, with excess water squeezed out), 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup diced onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 beaten egg, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and press down firmly to compact.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Step 5: Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
