Aluminized steel conducts heat evenly and quickly while also standing up to repeated use all while resisting rust and warping . This 8x8 (we have a 9-inch square baking pan too!) is coated with our proprietary Americoat. a clear, nonstick coating that is specially formulated for superior baking and an easy release of baked goods. The unique corrugated surface provides air circulation for better browning, even baking, and perfect release.
