Air-Fried Paprika Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over all chicken pieces.
- Step 2: Arrange thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin-side up. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Step 3: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
