Air-Fried Salmon with Dill and Capers

- 12 oz Salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 12 oz salmon fillets dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp fresh dill, 1 tbsp capers, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Step 2: Place salmon in the air fryer basket skin-side down. Set to 375°F and cook for 10 minutes.
- Step 3: After 10 minutes, flip the salmon and cook for 2 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily.
