  1. Step 1: Pat 12 oz salmon fillets dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp fresh dill, 1 tbsp capers, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon.
  2. Step 2: Place salmon in the air fryer basket skin-side down. Set to 375°F and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Step 3: After 10 minutes, flip the salmon and cook for 2 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily.
