Aviation Fuel Glazed Salmon with Lemon Dill

  1. Step 1: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes without moving.
  3. Step 3: Flip salmon and add 1 minced garlic clove, 2 tbsp chopped dill, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/4 cup white wine to the skillet. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes until salmon reaches 125°F internally.
  4. Step 4: Remove salmon from skillet and keep warm. Continue simmering sauce for 2 minutes until slightly thickened, then stir in remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
  5. Step 5: Drizzle sauce over salmon fillets and serve immediately.
