Cajun-Spiced Chicken Drumsticks

- 1.5 lbs chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 1.5 lbs chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss the drumsticks with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika until evenly coated.
- Step 2: Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer in an air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes.
- Step 3: Flip the drumsticks, then air fry for an additional 8-10 minutes until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Step 4: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in juices.
