Caramelized Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 head, cut into florets Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup, finely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until evenly coated.
- Step 2: Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until edges are golden brown and tender.
- Step 3: Remove from oven, sprinkle with 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, and return to oven for 2 minutes to melt cheese.
