  3. Step 3: Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, 1 tsp thyme, and 1/2 cup water, scraping up browned bits.
  4. Step 4: Return chicken to the skillet, nestling it among green beans. Simmer covered for 15-18 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and beans are bright green and tender.
