- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, combine 1 cup drained black beans, 1 cup corn, 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper, and 1/4 cup diced red onion.
