- 2 tbsp, melted black sugar

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly brush fish fillets with olive oil; place skin-side down on grill and cook for 4 minutes until skin is crisp.
- Step 2: Flip fish and brush with melted black sugar, then grill for 3 more minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork and sugar glaze is caramelized.
