  2. Step 2: In a bowl, combine 16 oz ground beef, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp chopped rosemary, 1 tsp chopped thyme, 1/2 tsp sea salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix gently with hands until evenly distributed.
  3. Step 3: Press the mixture into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
