  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 14 oz ground beef, breaking into small pieces, and cook for 5 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Step 3: Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp white miso paste, 1 tbsp coconut aminos, 1/4 tsp sea salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes until the miso dissolves and the mixture is glossy.
