  3. Step 3: Mix 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp chopped rosemary, 1 tbsp chopped thyme, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a small bowl to form a paste.
  4. Step 4: Rub the herb paste evenly over the beef tenderloin, covering all sides.
