Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss 2 medium sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes) with 2 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper until evenly coated.
