- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Honey syrup
- 3 oz Sparkling water
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 Lemon twist
Instructions
- Step 1: Fill a Collins glass with 1 cup ice cubes.
- Step 2: Add 2 oz Aperol and 1 oz fresh lemon juice, then stir for 15 seconds to emulsify the lemon.
- Step 3: Pour 0.75 oz honey syrup and 3 oz sparkling water into the glass, stirring gently to combine without losing carbonation.
- Step 4: Express lemon twist oils over the drink, then drop it in as a garnish before serving.
