- 1/2 oz honey simple syrup
- 2 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 (optional for foam) egg white
Instructions
- Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, combine 1/2 oz fresh ginger juice, 1/2 oz honey simple syrup, 2 oz bourbon, and 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice; fill with ice and shake without the egg white for 10 seconds.
- Step 2: If using egg white, add it to the shaker, then shake dry (without ice) for 15 seconds until frothy and emulsified.
- Step 3: Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve immediately for a smooth, layered texture.
