Honey-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove, minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Season with 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 minced garlic clove. Brush half of the mixture over the pork tenderloin.
- Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork for 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, basting with remaining glaze every 5 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
