  2. Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Step 3: Place chicken skin-side down in skillet and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Step 4: Flip chicken and cook for 5 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Step 5: Remove chicken and set aside. Add 2 minced garlic cloves to skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Step 6: Pour in 2 tbsp lemon juice (from 1 lemon) and 1/4 cup chicken broth, scraping browned bits from skillet.
  7. Step 7: Simmer for 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Step 8: Add 1 lb trimmed green beans to skillet and toss to coat. Cook for 6 minutes until tender-crisp.
