Lemon-Garlic Herb Baked Salmon with Avocado

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 1, thinly sliced lemon
- 2 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1, sliced avocado
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, season both sides with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Arrange 1 sliced lemon over the salmon, scatter 2 minced garlic cloves and 2 tbsp chopped dill on top, then drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Step 3: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 4: Slice 1 avocado and season with a pinch of salt; serve alongside rested salmon.
