- 1 avocado
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Dice avocado, tomato, and red onion into 1/4-inch cubes. Mince 1 garlic clove and finely chop cilantro.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, and 1/4 tsp salt until emulsified.
