Low-Heat Baked Cod with Dill

- 2 (6 oz each) cod fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup, chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place cod fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 2: Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over fillets. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Gently rub into fish.
- Step 3: Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
