Low-Heat Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each), skin-on salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp, chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp, chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove, minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Place 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, then squeeze 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice over the top.
- Step 3: Mix 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Step 4: Bake at 250°F for 25 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
