Low-Heat Lemon Herb Salmon

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Place 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, then squeeze 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice over the top.
  3. Step 3: Mix 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the salmon.
  4. Step 4: Bake at 250°F for 25 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
