- 1 avocado

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Peel and dice mango into 1/2-inch cubes. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and dice flesh, tossing with 1 tsp lime juice to prevent browning.
