Miso-Marinated Grilled Salmon with Lemon
Salmon fillets infused with white miso and mirin, grilled until caramelized, finished with bright lemon zest and fresh dill.

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz / 170g each), skin-on Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp White miso paste
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1, zested and juiced Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp, chopped Fresh dill
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix 2 tbsp white miso paste, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp lemon zest in a bowl.
- Step 2: Rub miso mixture evenly over salmon fillets, coating both sides thoroughly.
- Step 3: Let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Step 4: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Step 5: Place salmon skin-side down on grill and cook for 6-7 minutes until skin is crispy. Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes more until salmon is cooked through.
- Step 6: Transfer to plate and sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill.
