Miso-Marinated Grilled Salmon with Lemon

  1. Step 1: Mix 2 tbsp white miso paste, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp lemon zest in a bowl.
  2. Step 2: Rub miso mixture evenly over salmon fillets, coating both sides thoroughly.
  3. Step 3: Let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Step 4: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  5. Step 5: Place salmon skin-side down on grill and cook for 6-7 minutes until skin is crispy. Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes more until salmon is cooked through.
  6. Step 6: Transfer to plate and sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill.
