One-Pan Garlic Herb Salmon with Lemon
Salmon fillets baked with fresh herbs and garlic until flaky, served with a bright lemon-dill sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each), skin-on salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1, thinly sliced lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat 4 salmon fillets dry and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Arrange salmon skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp chopped dill, and 1 lemon thinly sliced.
- Step 3: Whisk 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Drizzle over salmon.
- Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 5: Transfer to plates, spooning any pan juices over the top. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
