One-Pan Garlic Herb Salmon with Lemon

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat 4 salmon fillets dry and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Arrange salmon skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp chopped dill, and 1 lemon thinly sliced.
  3. Step 3: Whisk 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Drizzle over salmon.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Step 5: Transfer to plates, spooning any pan juices over the top. Garnish with extra dill if desired.
