One-Pan Garlic Herb Salmon with Lemon Slices

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1, thinly sliced Lemon
- 1 tbsp, chopped Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp, chopped Fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat salmon fillets dry and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Top each with 1 lemon slice and a sprinkle of 1 tbsp fresh dill and 1 tbsp fresh parsley.
- Step 4: Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 5: Remove from heat and serve immediately with the lemon slices and herbs.
