One-Pan Steak with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 12 oz ribeye steak
- 1.5 cups broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 12 oz ribeye steak dry with paper towels. Season both sides evenly with 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Sear steak for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, then remove and rest for 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Add 1.5 cups broccoli florets to the same skillet, tossing to coat in oil. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until broccoli is bright green and fork-tender, then slice steak and serve with broccoli.
