- 1 lb Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Place 1 pound salmon fillets skin-side down in a medium skillet. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
