Orange-Infused Herb Chicken with Citrus Glaze

Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz each) Chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1 tsp chopped Fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp chopped Fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat 2 chicken breasts dry, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), then set aside.
- Step 3: Simmer 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp thyme, and 1 tsp lemon zest in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Step 4: Pour glaze over cooked chicken and serve immediately.
