Instructions
- Step 1: In a shallow dish, combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Dip 1 lb trimmed chicken tenders into the mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
- Step 2: Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add coated chicken tenders and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Step 3: While chicken cooks, whisk 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 tsp garlic powder in a small bowl to make the sauce.
