- 12 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 12 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season evenly with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering and slightly smoking.
- Step 3: Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for 5 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Step 4: Reduce heat to medium, add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, then remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
