Pan-Seared Lemon-Dill Fish Fillets

  1. Step 1: Pat 2 salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 minced garlic clove and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Place salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down if applicable, and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for 3-4 more minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  4. Step 4: Remove from heat and top with 1 sliced lemon wedge and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill. Serve immediately.
