  1. Step 1: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then season both sides with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Place salmon skin-side down and cook undisturbed for 5-6 minutes until skin is crisp and golden.
  3. Step 3: Flip salmon, add lemon slices on top, and cook 3-4 minutes more until fish flakes easily. Remove from heat and top with 2 tbsp chopped dill.
