- 6 oz pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup sake
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 cup snap peas
- 4 oz shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Step 1: Slice 6 oz pork tenderloin into 1/4-inch strips; toss with 1 tsp cornstarch and set aside.
- Step 2: Mince 1 tbsp fresh ginger and mix with 1/4 cup sake, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp sesame oil in a bowl.
- Step 3: Heat a wok over high heat; add 1 tsp oil and sear pork for 2 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Step 4: Add snap peas and sliced shiitake mushrooms to the wok; stir-fry for 3 minutes until snap peas are bright green and crisp.
- Step 5: Return pork to the wok, pour in the sake sauce, and cook for 2 more minutes until sauce thickens and coats everything.
