Instructions
- Step 1: Pat dry 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each) and season both sides with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sauté for 5-6 minutes on the first side until golden brown and edges are crispy, then flip and cook another 4-5 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Step 3: Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Reduce heat to medium and add 3 minced garlic cloves to the same skillet, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 4: Pour in 1/3 cup orange juice, 2 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp soy sauce, stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
- Step 5: Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the glaze over the top, and cook for 1-2 more minutes to warm through and meld flavors.
- Step 6: Plate the chicken and garnish with 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley before serving.
