Ingredients
- 6 oz salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp, chopped dill
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels; season both sides with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until smoking slightly. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes until skin is crisp.
- Step 3: Flip salmon, reduce heat to medium, and cook for 3 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 4: While salmon cooks, whisk 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped dill, and 1 tsp lemon zest in a small bowl.
- Step 5: Remove salmon from skillet, place on plate, and spoon yogurt sauce over top. Serve immediately.
