  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until smoking slightly. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes until skin is crisp.
  3. Step 3: Flip salmon, reduce heat to medium, and cook for 3 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Step 4: While salmon cooks, whisk 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped dill, and 1 tsp lemon zest in a small bowl.
