  2. Step 2: Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add 2 heads trimmed and cut bok choy pieces, stirring for 3-4 minutes until the leaves wilt and stems are tender-crisp.
  4. Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup water.
