Stir-Fry with Tofu and Broccoli in Sesame-Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
- 14 oz, pressed and cubed firm tofu
- 2 cups, cut into florets broccoli
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp, minced ginger
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 4 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 14 oz pressed, cubed tofu and cook 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
- Step 2: Remove tofu from skillet. Add 2 cups broccoli florets to skillet and stir-fry 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Step 3: In small bowl, whisk 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp minced ginger, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 2 tbsp water until smooth.
- Step 4: Pour sauce over broccoli and stir to coat. Return tofu to skillet and cook 2 minutes, stirring to coat with sauce.
- Step 5: Garnish with 1 tsp sesame seeds and serve over 4 cups cooked rice.
