  1. Step 1: Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Step 2: Pat chicken dry and season with 1/2 tsp salt. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Add broccoli florets to the skillet with 2 tbsp water. Cover and steam for 5 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender. Stir in 1/2 cup of the soy-ginger sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry, then stir into skillet. Cook for 1 minute until sauce thickens. Return chicken to skillet, toss to coat, and serve over cooked brown rice, garnished with sesame seeds.
