- 1/2 tsp, grated ginger
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces green beans

Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 garlic clove minced, and 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger until the honey dissolves.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces, with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Step 3: Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Add 1 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces, to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are crisp-tender and slightly charred at the edges.

- Step 5: Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
