  1. Step 1: Whisk 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Add zucchini noodles to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes until tender. Stir in soy sauce mixture and cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water, cooking 1 minute until sauce thickens and coats noodles. Return shrimp and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds.
