Ingredients
- 12 oz ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 12 oz ground beef, breaking into small pieces with a wooden spoon, and cook for 5-6 minutes until no longer pink, then transfer to a plate.
- Step 2: Add 1 tbsp avocado oil to the skillet, then add 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger and 3 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, then add 2 cups broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
- Step 3: Return cooked ground beef to the skillet, add 3 tbsp coconut aminos, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly and coats ingredients.
