  1. Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons black bean sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon minced ginger. Set aside.
  2. Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering. Add 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breast and stir-fry for 5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Add 2 halved bok choy to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly wilted. Return chicken to the skillet, pour in the sauce mixture, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats ingredients.
