- 8 oz (bocconcini) mozzarella balls
- 1 pint, hulled and sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup, torn fresh basil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine 8 oz mozzarella balls (bocconcini), 1 pint strawberries (hulled and sliced), and 1/4 cup fresh basil (torn).
